• Location information, including an approximate or precise GPS location when you grant permission.

• Technical information such as device type, operating system, browser, IP address, app activity, crash reports, and diagnostic information.
• Communications between you, Urban Styles, customers, or professionals when communication takes place through the platform.

Urban Styles may use your device location to show nearby beauty and grooming professionals, calculate approximate distance, improve search results, and support service-area matching.

Customers may also search another location manually. Professionals may define the neighbourhoods, locations, or travel distances they are willing to serve.

Location access is optional. You can deny or withdraw location permission through your device settings, although some nearby-search features may then be unavailable.

We may use personal information to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Display professional profiles and service catalogues.
• Connect customers with suitable nearby professionals.
• Support enquiries, negotiations, and booking requests.
• Display prices, portfolios, ratings, and reviews.

Urban Styles does not currently collect, receive, hold, process, or distribute payment for beauty or grooming services.

Customers pay professionals directly using a payment method agreed between the customer and the professional. Urban Styles is not a party to that payment transaction.

Users should confirm the service, price, location, timing, and payment terms before making a payment. Users should not send money when they are uncertain about the identity or reliability of the other party.

Information placed on a professional profile may be visible to other users. This may include a professional name, profile photograph, portfolio, services, prices or price ranges, availability, service area, experience, ratings, and reviews.

Professionals should not publish sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for customers to make a booking decision.

Customers may be allowed to submit ratings, reviews, photographs, and feedback following an interaction or booking.

Reviews must be honest and must not contain threats, harassment, discrimination, unlawful content, or another person's private information. Urban Styles may investigate, restrict, or remove content that violates platform rules.

We may share information:

• Between customers and professionals when needed to support an enquiry, connection, or booking.
• With technology providers that help us provide hosting, databases, maps, location services, authentication, notifications, analytics, customer support, or security.
• When required by law, court order, legal process, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
